rec.boats.marketplace has a paddle boat listed about once a week, maybe less. Of course, it could be a continent away. rec.boats.paddle has for sales, but they're usually WW boats. Most of the major outfitters (and some minor ones) have annual sales of demo/instruction boats. H2Outfitters has one in May, I think. NOC has theirs the last weekend of October. Coastal Expeditions (Charleston, SC) has one in the fall, also. I'd guess Zoar may. Also try the LLBean Symposium.
