I'm interested in the "similar systembelow decks to hold knee tubes." Could you please elaborate? We've recently installe some bungie cords under the deck of my kayak to store some items (like the pump, for one) that I didn't want on the deck. Didn't go for knee tubes, partly because installing them sounded like a lot of work. But I'd be interested to know about your system.
