Instead of getting into complicated solutions such as hopping off to pee, which some individuals would complicate even more by still insisting on using a bottle in the water (I assume in order not to pollute the environment and take the discharge back to a proper dumping station), the answer is simple. Consider the whole SOT as one large pee bottle! Most SINK paddlers do anyway. :-) The SOT has scuppers in various welled indents in the boat. Relieve yourself into one of the wells; water sloshing inside the well will act pretty much like a flush toilet. If in mixed company or near a dock where you can be observed, hold a dry bag in front of you pretending you are looking for something. Restrain from too broad a smile of relief when finished as that would tip others off as to what you really were doing.
