[Paddlewise] paddle position

This a response to the post from Bill Leonhardt.
When I perform a wet re-entry and roll while including a sprayskirt 
attachment I keep the paddleshaft between my right arm and body while I 
attach the sprayskirt. I do not personnally like putting the paddle 
under the deck bungies because I keep my eyes closed while I am 
underwater.
