Have you looked at those mylar containers for wine in 2.5 and 4 liter sizes? They're easy to clean out after use. Pop off the top, fill it with water, and there you go.... Being Mylar, they're pretty tough. Being flexible, sometimes they do double duty as shaped ice containers in coolers.
