I have driven some very exotic machines at very high speeds (closed road course, professional driver) but none would compare to doing "H" in a '73 VW Bus. What kind of rack did you have your kayaks strapped to?
attached mail follows:
......naw, a sure sign is the Porsche. And metriculous, experimental
facial ornamentation. I have both sure signs, although admittedly the Porsche
resides somewhat ingloriously inside the engine compartment of a multi-colored
'73 VW Camper Van. I need be much less patient these days. We don't really
know 'xactly how fast she'll go but we got her up to the "h" on the MPH logo
on
the bottom of the Speedo where no numbers live..........;^)
Which reminds me..........here I am trying to put together a surf boat in
the garage and fuming and generally working myself into a lather about an
appropriate" mold release agent" any of you out there have any experience
with
mold release agents or wax? And could you steer me in the correct direction?
Many thanks
Chris
