If you want a compression dry bag, there are several.  The one I use is a
Cascade Designs Black Canyon 20 litre.  It has the same valve as the
Kodiak tapers and two compression straps.  It's made of the waterproof
Cordura stuff that's pretty tough.  I haven't had the chance to submerge it
to test it, but it seems up to the standards of other Cascade Designs
dry bags.

There was a review of compression dry bags in Canoe and Kayak last
year sometime.  Check in a library for more info (or maybe the C&K
website)
