Seen, yes; rowed, no.  Lust after as my next boat?  Absolutely.  
Appears to be very easy build, Anne.  Chris Kulczycki's new stitch 
and glue technique, cleverly called Lapstitch, makes the kit come 
together easily.  And the boat is incredibly beautiful.  (Wanna 
guess what Chris says the next boat he builds for <himself> is 
gonna be?)

I'm a total novice, and am currently building a CLC North Bay from 
a kit.  Very strightforward design, and a beautiful boat, too.  Good 
manuals, plans.  Great materials.  And there's a really helpful wood
