The springs are usually 68F summer and winter. That's 5mm wetsuit country as
far as I'm concerned and cave divers always use dry suits. The ocean
temperature in my corner of Florida is around 78F and the sun is
surprisingly fierce!  I was in the local St. Pats parade on Saturday and
stupidly forgot to wear a had and got quite sunburned.

    Dunno about that...  When I lived down there I did a lot of
snorkeling/diving in the freshwater springs.  I couldn't go more than 1/2
hour before I got chilled out without thermal protection.  So a wetsuit was
de rigeur even there.
