Though I paddle a "glass" kayak, I've always been intrigued with the
hand-made wooden variety. There's just something about a home-built's lines
and wood grain, and a builder's pain and sweat embedded in every square
inch. For me [and I suspect for most of you folks who have built one], it
extends into the realm of art.

Anyhow, without wasting too much of everyone's time, I recently decided to
feature images of wooden home-builts on my web page. So, if you have one,
and wouldn't object to my putting a pic of it up on the web, send me a jpg
in the 30-50k range and I'll include it in the set. If you don't mind,
please include your name and hometown, and any other details about your boat
you'd like known (e.g, hours to build, wood type, etc.). I'll include as
much of the info as I can.

Later!

P.S. And who knows -- maybe one day, when I have an ample-sized
shop/garage, I just might "create" my own! Hmmmm -- another kayak worthy of
being stored in the living room!!! <<g>>
