Any one have any suggestions about recanvassing a wood canvass canoe.

14 foot solo boat. What weight or number of canvass and what amount of
material to use.

Is there a norht west coast supplier, or outlet. Prefefably Vancouver Island.

Maybe Seattle, or Vancouver.. or maybe it does not matter if it can be
ordered and shipped. It is afterall only cloth.

Where to get the filler. and what paint to use etc.

Definitely head to http://www.wcha.org The wood/canvas canoe heritage
association.

They have an active BBS and lots of vendors. It's a URL worth visiting,
they have a couple of nice articles on building your own paddle, in addition
to tons of info on wood/canvas boats.
