Palm does have their own web site --- and, if nobody posts it tonight, I'll do so in the morning. Palm is sold by retailers who deal with Stan Chladek at Great River Outfitters; for some reason --- probably including the fact that I'm 'tronically challenged --- I can never get directly into his site. But you can get there through his daughter, Dana's, site <http://www.erols.com/rapids/> at Rapidstyle in Maryland (suburban Washington); her site has a link to GRO. Also, in just about every Sea Kayaker issue, there's a GRO ad with a list of his retailers, and most of these folks stock or can get Palm equipment. Solid, top quality stuff, by the way. Follow up to my respoonse to Larry's post: Palm can be seen at their web site, <http://www.palm-equipment.co.uk/>; they do list Stan Chladek at Great River Outfitters as their US distributor --- noted in earlier post --- but I noticed last night that the Nantahala Outdoor Center <http://nocweb.com> has some Palm equipment now, too. Just like Brit boats --- solid stuff. They are also the manufacturers of Black Magic canoes, and repair/modify any canoes and kayaks of any brand upon request.
