This is to let everyone who may be interested, the 6/7th+? RMCC Safety Fair will be held this weekend, inconjunction with a Swap Meet and the Spring Meeting. Saturday evening's meeting will again be at St Jude's Church [youth center] Sunday's activities will be held at a local pool [Meyers?] sorry, doing this from memory. Also of note, I am coordinating a paddle with the RMCC & RMSKC Saturday morning, at Union Reservoir, outside Longmont. While there, we will also be setting up spotters, for folks who would like to try a swim in their wetsuits/dry suits/blue jeans, to see how cold the water truely is. I did this very thing the first year, when we held this at Cherry Creek Res. and very quickly did i learn how cold/numbing the water was.
