[Paddlewise] Touring Wing Paddle?

I am currently learning how to use a wing paddle with my Necky Arluk 1.9, to use for kayak racing.  It never occurred to me to use it for anything but racing.  If I recall correctly, a few weeks back I read an email mentioning a  'Touring Wing'.

What is a 'Touring Wing'?  Who makes them?  Etc....?  Does anyone have any information on this?
