|The strange thing is that there are very few paddlers in the area. I met |Chuck Landis on the list and I know one other paddler and that's it! It really is strange that there are not more yakkers down there. I drive around here in central NC and see sea yaks on peoples car all the time. See quite a few roof racks and saddles. But I never saw anything when I lived down there. Real shame. I was very jealous when I was visiting last year and looking at things from a paddling perspective. I can remember many a day swiming at Delray Beach or the North Beach at Boynton and with the seas just flat. We used to snorkel way to far from shore at the Boynton Inlet. |The Banana Boat is still there but they are pretty yupified. I've been that |Radio Shack MANY times! The pizza place is gone isn't it? Seems like I drove by there way back when and it had gone bye bye. The Boat was a real dump that last time I was there many, many, many moons ago. I guess it is a good thing that it is more upified. Better than what I saw. Later...
