I missed this thread somehow, but I have gone to Seattle Fabrics many
times over the years to make mostly fleece clothing. They have great
patterns, fabrics, employees. The last thing I made were some pants out
of Polartec 2000 (now has a different name) which work great for biking 
and under the dry suit - they are sort of like capri-tights (watch out
it only stretches one way!)
