I just "upgraded" my 12XL to a CX. The CX claims to have better battery
life, double the way points and track points and has a more logical system
for organizing waypoints. I upgraded to gain the legibility and the extra
track points.

First impressions:
The color is sickly looking but seems more legible in bright sun
The resolution is not as fine as the 12XL
The new waypoint menu system is much more efficient
The zoom feature is useful on the map
The built in video games are cute
The rest of the unit is standard 12XL.
