It's an interesting design, Clyde, but once it's mounted, it's 
mounted.  From a look at the literature a few months ago, it 
appears to be a hardmounted "handpump", and you have to be able 
to grab the handle and pull up straight from wherever you mount it 
(in a two inch hole cut through your deck).  Dunno --- interesting, 
but I'd still rather have my hands free.
