There are 2 X-Terra America Triathalon events here in north Louisiana on Saturday-Sunday. I am not an Iron-Man, but I will be in a yak on the water to help during the Swim Section. These folks swim for what seems an "eternity", and then run for "forever", and then manage to off-road bike for the "rest of the day". These are some fit folks ...folks ! This competition is a big deal, with money at stake, and culminates in Hawaii later this summer.
