No wonder all the cruise ship vacationers are disillusioned when they get here<grin>. The best quote I ever read about Southeast Alaska was something like, "Spend a month in Juneau, especially in the winter, and you'd give a year of your life for a weekend out of town, but a single sunny day will make you want to spend the rest of your life there."
