The state has no right to prosecute the man for using cuss words. What
has the world come to where the state does not obide by its own laws?
The founding fathers are rolling over in their graves.
That said, I am not in favor of using four letter words on a regular
basis. Prosecute the man for being a nucence, or obstructing the water
way, or disordaly conduce.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Now back to the fun stuff.
