[Paddlewise] Seeking info on paddling in Panama

I have enjoyed all the kayak discussion and discourse since signing up a
couple of weeks ago, but all this reading has seriously reduced my Klondike
time!

I am looking for information on paddling on the Atlantic side of Northern
Panama, in an area of islands called Bocas de Toro. If anyone has been
there, either paddling or not, please let me know how you liked it, and
whether it would be a nice paddling destination. Any other info about
Panama would be helpful too.

Also am interested in information about Gray's Harbor on the Washington
coast. Any good put-ins, camping spots, and places to paddle away from
the crowds on a 4th of July weekend?

Tina
