I've been messing around with my PFD since I discovered how useless it is, and have figured out that it's just a bit too long. I'm more hourglass shaped than pear shaped, but even so my circumference where the so-called waist strap hits me, just about at my hips, is a good 5-6 inches bigger than any part of my body above that spot. No wonder it wanted to come right off over my head! A couple of people have suggested I check out Lotus Designs, since they design PFDs specifically for woman. Can anyone provide contact info for Lotus Designs? Do they have a website or an 800 number?
