One solution I have seen done, is to get the pdf that most nearly fits, and have someone who fixes dive suits add a piece of fabric...you can get one from the pfd company, so it matches your pfd (or go for contrast)...and have that fabric added at the side panels. Done correctly, the pfd will fit, with no compromise in integrity; Talk with the peson doing the work.
