A quick & dirty way is to nail or screw two cam straps to exposed beams to make two big loops and hang the kayaks in them. It depends on the height of your garage and your size. I've gotten 5 WW kayaks in one set of slings. I use a permanent loop at one end and a trucker's hitch on the other to hang my 74 pound tandem canoe. It's fairly accessible setup but takes 2 people to get it up.
