Any kind of Kevlar boat or a sleek wooden boat would be wonderful, so that I can keep up with my friends while paddling (I currently have an Aquaterra Spectrum, which seems to be the slowest boat in any group I join). I'd also love to have a Klepper (or other folding boat) with sails for touring.
