I usually wear wetsuit booties with my drysuit or wetsuit. Not much in the comfort department, but they do the job in the fairly cold waters of SE Alaska. I sometimes wear XtraTuf's (16" high neoprene boots - also known as "Southeast Sneakers") when out on warm, calm days without wetsuit or drysuit.
