Third the notion -- the cheak K-Mark wet boots are about all I use in the
boat; I have an oversized pair to wear over neoprene wet socks, too.
They're all rubber and nylon, so when they get wet they don't get very wet
and dry out quickly. These cheap things will last about forever, but at
least in this neck of the woods you'd better be grabbing them, since
they're on sale and will soon probably disappear until next spring.

The only down side is that they're not very good for walking. I had to do a
couple of miles in the K-mart boat shoes, when I'd forgotten to take a pair
of regular shoes on an island visit, and wound up with the worst set of
blisters I've had in ten years. I don't find them very good for walking any
distance at all.
