I do not know trhat anyone is coordinating anything. There just isn't much
time to wait around for someone to get a formal organization going.

As I write, QCC is building the boat. It was only good fortune that they
were able to slip it into their production (I understand they are four weeks
backordered).

I certainly can't coordinate anything as I have a vacation planned. You have
no idea what hell is like until you have told my wife that her long awaited
vacation must go on hold for a kayak race.

If everyone does what they can do this will happen. The most important thing
undone at this point is arangements for housing and some one to help
Maligiaq find his way around.
