Hi, it's Sandy Kramer and I can't find the nice letter Mr. Padilla wrote to me. Here's an update and I'm open to suggestions. Maligiaq travels on Monday the 26th. I called Western Union for a location near me etc. I'm afraid that $11.95 fee (depending on location, I was told) is a bit high for a $25 transfer. I can think of two things: 1. I wait till I get a Montreal address (how long will he be there?) and slip the cash in an envelope and hope it won't go astray. 2. Someone who will be seeing Maligiaq will give him the money and I will send them a check. I'm a civilian Public Information Officer in the Miami-Dade Police Department (Media Relations Bureau) and my word is good. Any other bright ideas?
