I have read the various notes about folding boats, and I just thought that I should write in and let you all know that I own a Feathercraft K1 Exp, and it is a great boat. I have read some emails which lay blame on the boats, but I tend to agree with those others who belive that there may be a problem with strenght/efficiency of paddle strokes. I can easily hold my own when racing against some of my friends with hard-shelled kayaks, and I am by no means a "Superman".
