If you don't want to order everything from Dagger, you could try
building all your parts.  
-Toggles can be made from 3 inches of 3/4" PVC pipe and about 10" of
1/4" nylon cord.
-You can make deck fittings from either plastic electrical cable clips,
or small loops of webbing. (or were the original fittings actually
recessed and how were they constructed?)
-What else are you missing?
