I've paddled this boat, and also its predecessor, the "Greenlander". The "Pro" version is a big improvement on the original. It's only about 4 inches longer below the waterline, but it's much more stable, while retaining all the maneuverability of the original, and good secondary stability as well. It asselerates easily, seems to be a reasonably fast (read: low-effort) boat to paddle as well. As Chuck said, it's very easy to roll. However, there's not much foot room in the Greenlander Pro, less foot room there there is in my Romany 16. I wonder if it's a little low on storage room as well. Those are the only two disadvantages I can think of. The Greenlander Pro is great fun to paddle. It would be a terrific day-tripper, but it might not be my first choice for a week's expedition.
