[Paddlewise] Portland Oregon: Canoe and Kayak racing

Sorry for posting this to a world-wide list, but there isn't a portland-only
list to use instead.  

I am the "web-master" for the Oregon Canoe Racing Association.  The name
says Canoe, but we include kayakers too.  I have recently updated the
schedule to include our two biggest races of the year --- the "Tualatin
Marathon" and the most excellent "Bridges Marathon".
