[Paddlewise] Pepper Spray

begin to imagine getting a full dose.

I saw three cops spraying a very beligerent wino in the face
from real close while two more were whacking his knees with
batons and the wino was questioning their verility in very
loud and unflattering terms. He would not go down. But
hopefully most bears are less obstreperous than that.
