Or where they still open. I wanna make sure that people don't think that pepper spray is some sort of knock out chemical. It is not. It just hurts and has some very nasty effects. But that does not mean it will stop everything, everyone, every time. It won't. But very few things will. It is a good protective measure if it limits are understood. Later....
