<a lurker steps out> hello, I am writing in response to various letters regarding putting the sprayskirt over your PFD. If the PFD is clipped between your legs great... no sliding down and out. If the Sprayskirt is outside the PFD then splashes will run down the inside of the skirt. Here's a thought, what about a PFD, equipped with a crotch strap and a skirt sewn around the inside. If it is loose enough at the waist it would allow full body rotation. A 90 degree body twist would tighten it up enough to spill collected water over the side. Anybody seen such an animal? I suspect that the wunnerful folks at Snapdragon could whip up this combo overnight. A design like this would alleviate any PFD ride up problems with the crotch strap and yet allow for a fully functional sprayskirt. A thought for you to ponder.
