Hmmmm, Do I get a Gold Star if I get the right answer? I don't like math but I ciphered 3 hours if'n you don't stop and 5 hours if you do. Kinda surpised me but stopping every 15 minutes for 5 minute rest is expensive. Plus the "ground" you loose while sitting still for 20 minutes out of 60 just makes it worse.
