Actually, this week I did pick up the toilet paper and burn it along with cigarette butts and other assorted garbage that we found in the area. But when I first came upon the scene a few weeks ago it was VERY fresh, and as a result, I think I can be forgiven for deciding to simply cover it up till all the little microbes in the soil could work on it a bit.
