Although I have never paddled coastal waters, I must admit that I always carry a Jellyfish Kit in case me or my friends ever get stung. It consists of a big warm bag of sting neutralizing urine - about 17oz. It's easily afforded by even the poorest of us paddlers. I know this will work should the situation arise. heehee.
