[Paddlewise] weathercocking?

A recent post to the group observed:

I've thought that weathercocking was the tendency of a boat to veer *into* 
the wind, what I used to call a "weather helm" in my (ancient) sailing days. 
Is the term also used for what I'd call a "lee helm"?
