[Paddlewise] surf skis

Anyone have any recommendations on surf skis?

I'm looking for long, skinny, light weight,  and someplace to put
lunch.

Paddling a Seda Revenge right now, which I like.  Got rid
of the decked boat some time ago.  Pumps, paddle floats,
spray skirts, etc. was just too much for a few hours on the
water.

There don't seem to be many out there.  Any personal experience
would certainly be appreciated.
