[Paddlewise] Doug Lloyd's Own Deep Trouble

Hi folks,

I have placed Doug Lloyd's excellent write-up, "My Own Deep Trouble" on
the PaddleWise web site for everyone to be able to read at one time (as
it was delivered in three parts) and also for the many new subscribers 
to the list who have not had the opportunity to read it.

There have been some excellent discussion on safety and technique
recently that I want to include in this section but am bogged down
in the renovation of a house :-(.  Peter Osman has offered to put together
the tether discussion for inclusion on the website (thanks! Peter :-)
Hope to update the technique section soon with the many excellent 
discussions on topics about safety and technique we've been reading 
lately.
