Re: [Paddlewise] whiteboats and whitecaps

This started with a request for info on cleaning up light scratches in
gelcoat.
The boat I was working on is not white.  The hull is white but the deck is
dark green.
An elusive target for ferry captains who aim for small boats to toss them
about in
those huge, energy wasting wakes to the delight of passengers too indolent
to
cross the water under their own power.  A veritable stealth-boat to
Department
of Transportation Coast Guard choppers.  No 6 O'clock news shots of me wet
while
some 22 year old Coastie talks about how stupid I was to be there and how
many
thousands of dollars an hour the rescue cost the taxpayers.

And the mention of the Bay Blades (at least THEY have a sense of humor) was
misogamy perhaps,not homophobia.
