Tensioned bungee leashes for your pegs sounds like a fine idea. They could lay slack when pegs are engaged and tighten to catch any leeward slide. Claustrophobic? I once got stuck completely inside my Wavehopper while trying to pull out a crooked pad jammed in the bow. There I was, head first, arms above my head, on my back, and stuck at the shoulders. I was all alone for about 20 min. My entire body was in the boat, feet resting on the seat. At least I could kind of see out of an empty screw hole. No panic - just frustration with self. Although, I did have a nice (mildly profane) conversation with myself while I was stuck. Had I been in my buddies "stinky" new fiberglass layup I am sure I would have passed out. Learn from my mistake, plan ahead, and if it gets tough, do it with a buddy. Later, Phil __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
