I have one of these, and I agree that it is an excellent knife (for the reasons you state). Unfortunately, they apparently no longer make this model. It is not listed on their Web page, and it has been a while since I have seen it listed in any catalog. I wish that I had bought more than one back when it was available. Perhaps there are still some retailers who have some sitting around in their inventories.
