Don't tell anyone, but I bought a bunch of grosgrain ribbon with a
Scotchlite strip from Seattle Fabrics to put on my PFD!  Maybe I can
make removable loops of the stuff that slips onto the shoulder straps to
escape the PFD-Nazis!
