I would target stretching and cardiovascular conditioning to fix the numblegs syndrome. I think that kayaking demands more of an upright seated posture than just about anything I've done before (hence the stretching), and secondly, if the blood can't get through the vessels, cardiovascular conditioning may be the culprit. I am not a doctor, but this sounds relatively straightforward... right Watson?
