Attn Elaine Harmon: I was in an auto parts store yesterday and saw a several rectangular sheets of reflective tape, about $5.00 for a pack of 2x6 rectangles silver and red something like 4 of each. They are used for outlining cars, semi trailers etc. They are very visible and are waterproof, and UV fade resistant. I imagine these would work well on boats, paddles and pretty much any smooth surface. Also, I picked up some round Perception stickers about 6 in in diameter and have placed these on my paddle blades as a decoration. They look slick and were free from the Perception rep at a boat show. I will keep my eyes peeled for more if you want some.
