Hi Michael, I saw you message on PaddleWise & may be able to help. My SO is a part owner in a Condo in Destin Florida. This condo has 2 BR & baths. W/D Dishwasher full kitchen, cable, VCR etc, etc. It is plush. even has a wet bar. It is on a smallish stocked lake which is large enough for a decent yak workout. It is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico which as you might imagine provides a variety of paddling opportunities. The complex has it's own championship 18 hole golf course, restaurants, and more I'm afraid the better photos were lost but I scanned the culls so you can get an idea of what the condo & surrounding area look like. The champion golf course is not depicted nor are the restaurants or pools. Sorry about that. Please go to this site.
